When you are ready to build your dream home, the very first step of the process is to establish your price range. This will be the driving factor in determining available lots, the size of the home and the features and customizations that will keep you within budget.

If you do not already have a lot, Southern Premier Properties will help you find the perfect lot for your new home based on your desires and budget. It's important to make sure your lot and home work well together and as licensed real estate brokers we know the market, the options and the neighborhoods to ensure you not only love your home, but where it lives too!
DESIGN HOME
DESIGN
Whether you know exactly what you want in terms of design, style and features or you need a little guidance getting started - we take the time to listen and make suggestions that ensure you end up with YOUR perfect design. We can use an existing set of house plans, modify existing plans or design a custom home from scratch.
GO UNDER CONTRACT
CONTRACT
Once the design plans and budget are agreed upon, we will go under contract and the building process begins. The first step is obtaining all the necessary permits and then beginning land prep. This is an exciting phase as things start to become more tangible and you begin to see your dream home start to take shape.

BEGIN CONSTRUCTION
BEGIN CONSTRUCTION
Your new home construction comprises eight distinct phases, from excavating the foundation all the way to the final cleaning and inspection. We like to allow 5-6 months for this phase of the process, during which time we stay in regular communication with you to ensure your complete satisfacation all along the way.
FINAL WALK-THROUGH
WALKTHRU
Once the finishing touches are added, such as cleaning the windows, floors, baths, kitchen, and so on, a final walk-through is scheduled and completed with you to ensure all of the finishing touches on your new home have been completed according to your home plan.
WARRANTY
CLOSEOUT & WARRANTY
Southern Premier Properties is proud to offer a 12-month warranty on your new home. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every home we build, but we understand that with any purchase this large, a little extra piece of mind can go a long way.
